The 104 spacious and light-flooded 1.5 to 4.5-room flats in the Mozaik development were designed with simple, understated materials that harmoniously combine functionality and aesthetics.

Particular attention was paid to deliberately emphasising the building materials and creating an elegant, minimalist design. This approach is reflected in the targeted use of untreated elements: modern black sockets create stylish accents in the living spaces, while the stairwells are finished in raw exposed concrete. The result is a timeless and authentic ambience that combines purist elegance with urban character.
